Basic Soft Centre Kit This kit is great for making soft centred chocolates. Recommended moulds to go with this kit are deep ones such as the fondant category in our store.

Basic Colour Kit This kit is recommended for users who have made solid chocolates before. It has a degree of difficulty if you want to get real fancy and use multiple colours for a chocolate but can also be very easy to use with just one colour.
