Classes
Choc Art with WEA held A Home Chocolate Making Course in October 2008. It was a course that went for two hours every week over four weeks. Students learnt how to make solid chocolate pieces, soft centres, choc dessert bowls, coloured pieces and 3d hollow chocs. In the 4th week, the students used the knowledge that they had gained over the previuos three weeks to come up with some creative and wonderful pieces of Choc Art. Thank you to all who participated in the Choc Art classes in Sydney early March 2008. It was such a delight to meet you and I had a wonderful time.
