Choc Art with WEA held A Home Chocolate Making Course in October 2008. It was a course that went for two hours every week over four weeks. Students learnt how to make solid chocolate pieces, soft centres, choc dessert bowls, coloured pieces and 3d hollow chocs. In the 4th week, the students used the knowledge that they had gained over the previuos three weeks to come up with some creative and wonderful pieces of Choc Art. The Breadmaker store at Gepps Cross is organizing some chocolate making classes which Choc Art will be involved in, February and March 2009 at the Enfield Community Centre. If you are interested in finding out more, please email: kerry@chocart.com.au
