Equipment you will find in your kitchen (glass bowl, metal spoon etc).
- To make coloured chocolates, you will need special powder colours (do not use water based colours), white melting buttons, suitable chocolate mould/s, good brushes and several pots to separate colours (a patty pan cake tin or muffin tray is ideal). Check out the colouring powders in the store and Hints for coloured chocolate ideas!

- To make soft centred chocolates, you will need mould/s that are deep enough. Fondant moulds are ideal as they are deep and they make your home made chocolates look like ones that you buy from the shops. You will also need a filling. Pre-made filling is available from our store. For instructions and ideas please see our Soft centres HINTS page!

- To make solid flavoured chocolates, you will need same as solid chocolates as above plus, flavouring OIL (not essence or water based), an eye dropper to control the amount of oil used. Most flavouring oils are quite strong and concentrated. You need only a few drops per cup of chocolate. You can always add more to taste. After Dinner Mints are perfect when flavoured with your favourite taste. Our Choc Art store after dinner mint category has after dinner mint moulds and 23 delicious flavours to choose from, there is one to suit all tastes.
