Coloured Chocolates
Melt some white buttons slowly and evenly (click here for the various methods).
If you are using more than one colour, divide melted chocolate into separate containers. A clean and dry patty pan cake tin or muffin tray is ideal. Keep containers or pan over warm water so that the melted buttons do not set before you get to use them.

Sift required colour powder colour into each lot and stir until well blended. These colours are mainly pastel, to achieve a darker colour simply add more powder.
You can use one colour to fill your mould or you could be really artistic and paint several colours into your mould.
To use only one colour: fill the mould as normal with the desired coloured chocolate.
To paint several colours, use an appropriate sized food paint brush (clean and dry) to paint your chocolate onto the mould. Let one colour set in the fridge for a few minutes before adding the next colour. When your mould is entirely painted and filled, set and invert onto clean and dry tea towel.
The chocolate strawberry and daisies look so real, they make great cake decorations or after dinner treats.
