Hazelnut Logs
Ingredients:
500g chocolate
100g ground hazelnuts
100g hazelnuts (roughly chopped)
Melt chocolate gently (see our hints page for help)
When chocolate has fully melted add nuts and mix well. Spoon carefully into log shaped moulds or patty cases.
