Uncooked Chocolate Fondant
Ingredients
500g Soft Icing Sugar
400g condensed milk
125g melted chocolate
Method:
Combine ingredients and flavour the mixture with an oil of your choice.
This makes a soft chocolate fondant for filled chocolates.
Keep in an airtight container in the refridgerator.
Must be eaten within 4 days.
